We distribute to DIY and automotive shop customers across the United States and Canada, as well as Europe. Our customers range from weekend warriors to branded Lexus and Toyota dealership chains. This is a full-time fully-remote position handling complex phone calls and emails for customers with technical questions about their aftermarket Hamilton infotainment systems. Customers will call and send email tickets during the day with questions ranging from installation difficulties to software updates.
