Job Description

The Senior Customs Operations Specialist (Team Lead) will lead the Customs Team in our daily execution goals, resolution of customs-related issues, and adherence to customs programs and procedures. The incumbent will effectively translate all customs related issues, client needs and organizational capabilities into functional and nimble programs and procedures. This will result in an environment of continuous improvement in service to our clients and drivers alike, providing an ongoing competitive advantage for the company in this area.

Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Advise on, develop, and implement customs policies and procedures aligned with Canada and U.S. regulations.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of cross-border customs programs and their implications for the company, drivers, and clients.
