Role Summary

We are looking for high calibre cybersecurity professionals and global certification holders from Kerala and across India who are passionate about training, mentoring, and building elite cyber talent.

The Senior Cyber Security Trainer will design and deliver industry aligned, certification mapped, hands on cybersecurity programs for students, working professionals, and enterprise clients. The role also includes mentoring, curriculum development, and continuous improvement of training quality.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver advanced training programs in the following areas

Ethical Hacking and Penetration Testing

Network and Cloud Security

SOC Operations and Incident Response

Application Security and Threat Modeling

Create lab intensive real world attack and defense scenarios

Develop course content, presentations, lab manuals, and assessments

Align curriculum with global certification standards and enterprise needs

Conduct classroom, lab, bootcamp, and corporate training sessions

Mentor learners and guide them towards global cybersecurity careers

Evaluate trainee performance through practical tests and projects

Continuously update training content based on emerging threats and tools

Support development of new cybersecurity programs and specializations

Participate in academic reviews, audits, and quality improvement initiatives

Required Skills and Experience

Strong expertise in Cybersecurity and Information Security principles

Strong knowledge of Network Security and Application Security

Hands on experience in Malware Analysis, Vulnerability Assessment, and Exploitation

Experience with common security tools, frameworks, and testing platforms

Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and engaging way

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proven experience in training, mentoring, or leading cybersecurity teams is preferred

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field

Master degree is an added advantage

Certifications Preferred

Candidates with industry recognized global certifications will be strongly preferred such as

CEH, CPENT, CHFI

OSCP or other Offensive Security certifications

CISSP, CISM, Security Plus or equivalent

Candidates with multiple certifications and real world project exposure will be given priority.

Salary Package and Benefits

Salary will be based on experience, certifications, and training capability.

Indicative annual compensation ranges

Mid Senior Cyber Security Trainers with strong hands on skills and at least one global certification

CTC from INR 8,00,000 to INR 15,00,000 per annum

Senior Cyber Security Trainers with multiple global certifications and strong industry exposure

CTC from INR 15,00,000 to INR 25,00,000 per annum

Lead Trainers and Subject Matter Experts with 10 plus years of experience and enterprise exposure

CTC from INR 25,00,000 to INR 40,00,000 plus per annum based on role scope
