Location: A. K. Road, Surat, Gujarat
Experience: 4+ Years
Qualification: Any Graduate (GIA /IGI Lab Certificate Mandatory)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Diamond Grader with strong expertise in both Primary and Secondary grading. The ideal candidate should possess advanced diamond assessment skills, proven GIA lab experience, and the ability to ensure precision and consistency across all grading parameters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform Primary and Secondary grading for loose diamonds as per GIA and company standards.
* Accurately assess Color, Clarity, daimond Cut, and Carat weight (4 Cs) with a focus on precision and consistency.
* Verify and cross-check grading reports prepared by junior graders.
* Identify complex inclusions, blemishes, and internal characteristics with high accuracy.
* Participate in quality control reviews and final verification before certification.
* Provide feedback, guidance, and mentoring to junior graders to maintain uniform grading quality.
* Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and consistency in all grading operations.
Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years of experience as a Diamond Grader with Primary & Secondary grading exposure.
* GIA Lab experience is mandatory.
* Excellent knowledge of diamond grading parameters and standards.
* Strong observation, focus, and microscope proficiency.
* Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
