Job Description
We're looking for a strong Data Analyst / BI Reporting specialist to become our first dedicated analytics hire. You'll help us bring clarity and consistency to reporting across the business-defining metrics, building reliable dashboards, and creating a shared data glossary that business leaders can trust.
You'll report into Technology and partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Ops, Revenue, Finance, Leadership).
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and translate business questions into clear metrics and dashboards
Define and document metric logic (definitions, filters, grain, edge cases) and create a shared data glossary
Write high-quality SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions, aggregations at the correct grain) to power reporting
Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports (Looker Studio preferred)
Validate results (spot checks, reconciliation, Google Sheets verification) and ensure consistency across ...
