Senior Data Analyst

**Responsibilities**
- Analyze player support data to create meaningful visualizations and reports, assisting stakeholders in drawing actionable conclusions
- Collaborate with the player support team to develop KPIs for measuring product engagement, adoption, and usage trends
- Conduct targeted segmentation analysis, pulling relevant data to support cohorting strategies
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting standards, ensuring consistency in data presentation and accuracy
- Communicate findings through comprehensive written reports and interactive dashboard charts
- Monitor and continuously improve data quality, taking accountability for the integrity of reported information
- Work with cross-functional teams to iterate on testing and optimize data for decision-making
