Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team!

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst to support the migration datasets from Redshift to Databricks . This position requires strong technical skills, clear communication, and an ability to work independently with domain-specific guidance.

• Migrate tables from Redshift to Databricks , rewriting queries using the Databricks catalog .
• Validate migrated data outputs against original Redshift results, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Use validation tools like DataFold and Monte Carlo to identify and document discrepancies.
• Ensure migrated data supports Tableau dashboards and automated reporting used by the analytics team.

• Proactiveness, self-driven, able to identify and resolve blockers independently.
• SQL experience writing and optimizing complex queries.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks , familiar with catalog, notebooks, and Spark SQL .
