Role Summary

As a Senior Data Analyst , you will translate complex datasets into strategic roadmaps . This role goes beyond reporting—you will uncover the "why" behind key metrics and partner closely with leadership across Operations, Revenue, and Product to influence decisions related to fleet performance and battery swap networks.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Data Governance & Strategy : Act as the primary steward for business-critical datasets. You will define, build, and govern the metrics that measure the health of our business.
• Actionable Insights: Move beyond descriptive analytics to provide prescriptive recommendations. You will identify trends and bottlenecks in our operations to improve unit economics and rider experience.
• Reporting Infrastructure : Design and maintain scalable dashboards in Power BI (or equivalent tools) that provide a single source of truth for cross-functional teams.
• Root-Cause Analysis : Conduct deep-dive analyses into rider behavior, revenue fluctuations, and ground operations to solve specific business problems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with field teams and department heads to ensure data findings are integrated into daily operational workflows.

What We Are Looking For

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced SQL is a must. You should be comfortable using Python for data manipulation and automation.
• BI Expertise : Proven experience building complex, intuitive visualizations in Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Analytical Mindset : You don’t just report numbers; you understand the business context. Experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, or high-growth startups is highly preferred.
• Communication: The ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
• Ownership : A self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and takes full accountability for the accuracy and impact of their work.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in business or data analytics.
