Senior Data Analyst II, Growth

As a Senior Data Analyst II, Growth Analytics, you will be a critical contributor to MongoDB’s Product-Led-Growth business, becoming an expert in the middle and later stages of our relationship with customers to help identify and respond to changes in business performance and adjust our strategies accordingly. This is a highly visible role whose work will be directly leveraged at the executive level to drive priority initiatives like high-value customer acquisition, long-term retention, and optimization of expert resource deployment to enable MongoDB’s expanding customer base to achieve success with their applications.

This role requires someone with strong statistical and technical skills, who is comfortable working across multiple functional areas in a fast-paced environment and explaining complex quantitative concepts to occasionally less quantitative audiences.
