You’re Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

  • 7+ years of experience in data management, data engineering, or analytics leadership
  • Proven expertise in enterprise-wide data strategy, governance, and quality frameworks
  • Experience managing core data functions and mentoring department-based analysts
  • Hands-on with AI-enabled tools for analytics, reporting, and process automation
  • Comfortable with hybrid setup (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite in Cebu)
  • Able to work day shift consistently (7 AM–4 PM PH Time)
  • Process- and structure-oriented, minimizing ad-hoc escalations
