Job Description:

  • Perform advanced analytics such as cohort, scenario, time series, and predictive analysis, and build clear, impactful visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.

  • Confidently articulate assumptions, analytical approaches, and interpretations of data across presentations, dashboards, and written summaries.

  • Engage with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into detailed project plans, milestones, and timelines.

  • Design robust data models that define how tables, columns, and data elements from multiple sources are structured and related to meet reporting and analytics needs.

  • Partner closely with BI engineers to deliver efficient, highly performant, and scalable reporting and analytics solutions.

  • Write complex SQL queries to extract and transform data from cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, SQL Server, Oracle, and BigQuery.

  • Validate and QA datasets to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliable data quality, troubleshooting issues and performing root cause analysis when discrepancies arise.

  • Bring 7+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI Analytics, or BI Engineering, ideally within a globally recognized organization.

  • Demonstrate advanced expertise in building data models and interactive dashboards in BI tools like Tableau, plus intermediate skills in Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI (lookups, pivots, complex formulas).

  • Hold a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Applied Math, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Comfortable collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders across time zones, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Possess domain expertise in HR/People Analytics and hands-on experience with HR platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, and Qualtrics.
