Job Description

The primary role is managing and optimizing the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The Senior CRM Analyst will work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through advanced analytics and insights.

  • CRM Strategy & Optimization: Develop, implement, and optimize CRM strategies to enhance customer acquisition, cross-sell, engagement and loyalty.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities for improved marketing and sales strategies.
  • Segmentation & Targeting: Create customer segments based on behavioral, demographic, and transactional data to improve personalization and campaign performance.
