Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Data Architect who brings together strong analytics architecture, data engineering depth, and Agile delivery leadership .

This is a player–coach role . You will design and own the data architecture while also leading execution within a POD — breaking down work, assigning stories, guiding engineers, and ensuring consistent sprint delivery.

The ideal candidate is hands‑on with BigQuery, SQL, data modeling, and Apache Airflow , and is comfortable stepping into a Scrum Master–style leadership role to keep the team aligned, productive, and outcome-focused.
