Compensation: $40.00-55.00/HR W2



Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics that power compliance, variance tracking, and operational efficiency. You'll blend strong SQL and Power BI/Tableau expertise with business acumen to produce actionable insights for leaders across the organization.



Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI / Tableau.
  • Provide real-time insights on compliance, variances, and operational performance.
  • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
