Hiring: Senior Data Engineer – FinTech | UAE
TCG is exclusively partnering with a fast-growing fintech company in the UAE as they scale a modern data & payments platform. We're looking for a Senior Data Engineer who wants real ownership, impact, and the chance to shape data architecture at scale.
*** Must be located in the UAE ***
What you'll be doing:
- Design, build, and own scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines
- Work with high-volume transactional & event-driven data
- Improve data quality, reliability, and performance
- Enable analytics, reporting, and real-time use cases
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and analytics
- Influence key technical decisions as the platform scales
What we're looking for:
*** Must Have FinTech + Payment Experience***
- 4+ years proven experience as a Senior Data Engineer
- Strong cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
