Job Description
8+ years of experience delivering production-grade data solutions in data engineering,<br /> analytics engineering, or a related technical role.<br /> Strong proficiency in SQL and experience optimizing queries in cloud data warehouses<br /> such as Snowflake, BigQuery.<br /> Hands-on experience with Airflow or similar orchestration frameworks, including<br /> dependency management, retries, and failure recovery.<br /> Proven experience building transformations and models using dbt, with exposure to<br /> Git-based workflows and production codebases.<br /> Working knowledge of Python for data pipelines, automation, and debugging.<br /> Experience with data ingestion tools (e.g., Fivetran) and hybrid cloud data environments,<br /> leveraging AWS for integrations and Google BigQuery as the core warehouse for<br /> marketing.<br /> Experience activating warehouse data using reverse-ETL tools such as Hightouch,<br /> including managing sync logic, data freshness, and downstream system dependencies.<br /> Experience working with marketing automation and engagement platforms (e.g., Braze,<br /> Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).<br /> Experience working with CDPs such as Segment, RudderStack, or mParticle, including<br /> identity resolution and user lifecycle concepts.<br /> Solid understanding of data modeling, dimensional modeling, and data structures.<br /> Proven understanding of software development best practices and system design<br /> fundamentals.<br /> Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.<br /> Ability to work independently, apply sound judgment, and collaborate effectively across<br /> teams
