Senior Data Engineer (with Backend Experience)

**Project description**:
DXC Luxoft is looking for a Senior Data Engineer with backend development experience to support a key client in the benefits and insurance domain. This role involves building and maintaining scalable data pipelines, integrating various data sources, and developing backend services to support data-driven solutions.
**Responsibilities**:
Design and maintain robust data processing systems, pipelines, and backend workflows
Build and enhance ETL processes using the Parabola platform
Perform data mapping, data table modeling, and write complex SQL queries
Automate and orchestrate data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and availability
Integrate data from various sources using SFTP, EDI, and CSV file exchanges
Develop and maintain REST APIs to support system integrations and data services
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate data needs into technical solutions
