The role exists to strengthen the function’s technical capability around data assurance, data quality, and the controlled use of customer and account data that underpin these programmes. By applying strong data governance principles and robust assurance activities, the Senior Analyst ensures that remediation calculations, customer outcomes, regulatory submissions, and operational decisions are based on reliable, well‑understood data.
