About the Role Black Panda is hiring a Senior Data & Insights Analyst for a North America–based technology client. This role sits at the intersection of data analysis, business insight, and decision support. You will work closely with product and technology leadership to translate business questions into actionable analytical insights.
This is a full-time role with direct ownership of reporting, insights, and analytical problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities Interpret and translate business requirements into actionable analytical insights
Design, develop, and maintain operational reports, KPI dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses
Build and maintain data models and reporting pipelines using Big Query
Develop high-quality visualizations using Looker Studio
Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities
Provide context and narrative around data to support decision-making
