The Impact You'll Make

As a Senior Data Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, operating, and optimizing the core analytics and data platform, with Databricks as a central component. This role focuses on platform reliability, scalability, performance, security, and cost efficiency, enabling data engineering and analytics teams to build high-quality data products on top of a well-governed and well-operated platform.

You will own the technical foundation of the data platform, including Databricks workspace configuration, cluster management, security and access controls, integration with BI and analytics tools, and operational best practices.
