Job Description: Senior AI Engineer (Agentic AI Systems)

This role focuses on building the core intelligence layer of the platform. It requires balancing innovation in agentic AI systems with enterprise-grade reliability, performance, and security. The role involves translating ambiguous decision problems into scalable architectures that enable consistent, explainable, and goal-driven outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop core Agentic AI systems for the Decision Intelligence Studio.
• Build and orchestrate multi-agent architectures supporting contextualization, goal formation, task recommendation, and goal convergence.
• Implement dynamic context routing across structured databases, vector stores , and graph-based knowledge systems.
• Develop robust LLM request–response pipelines , including tool-calling , memory handling , and state management .
• Define and implement evaluation frameworks for reasoning quality, retrieval accuracy, tool usage, and response reliability.
• Drive performance optimization , including latency reduction, token efficiency, and caching strategies.
• Implement trust, safety, and governance mechanisms , including guardrails, role-based responses, and hallucination mitigation.
• Collaborate closely with Frontend, Data Platform, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Requirements

Education

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• A master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Technology or a related discipline is preferred.

Experience

• 4 – 6 years of experience in backend systems, AI engineering, or applied machine learning.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered systems, agents, or intelligent workflows .
• Proven experience designing scalable, production-grade systems.

Skills & Expertise

• Strong proficiency in Python and backend system design.
• Experience with LLMs, agent frameworks , and orchestration systems (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom frameworks).
• Practical awareness of Model Context and Agent Communication Protocols.
• Working knowledge of vector databases and graph databases .
• Experience with API design , async systems, and distributed services.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills to evaluate system behavior and performance.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas.
