Whats the future role?

Senior Data Scientists who drive innovative, AI-powered solutions that create meaningful impact for our clients. In this role, you'd leverage your deep technical expertise and strategic mindset to collaborate across disciplines, partnering closely with creative, strategy, and data science teams, to unlock data-driven opportunities. Youd be client-present, providing insights and recommendations that shape solutions, while ensuring technical excellence and business relevance. To excel in this role, you should have at least five years of experience applying machine learning, statistical modeling, and generative intelligence to solve complex business challenges. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as they drive the development of statistical models and machine learning algorithms within neural networks, enabling you to transform complex data into intelligent, scalable solutions that power real-world decision-making and innovation.

What were going to be looking for:

• 5+ years of experience within an agency or product design company
• A degree in STEM is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Innate desire to remain at the forefront of innovation and emerging technology
• Strong interest in continuing education and acquiring subsequent certifications

Key Tool Set Requirements:
Expert-level proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience leveraging libraries such as Pandas and NumPy for large-scale data manipulation, analysis, and feature engineering Deep understanding of ML frameworks, particularly TensorFlow, to develop and optimize models for predictive analytics and AI-driven solutions

• Extensive experience working in cloud environments, specifically (GCP), with strong proficiency in Vertex AI for deploying and scaling ML models
• Hands-on experience with Jupyter Notebook and Google Colab, utilizing them for rapid prototyping, experimentation, and collaboration across teams
• Ability to build and deploy scalable AI solutions, integrating cloud-native ML pipelines specifically with Vertex AI, GCP, and other cloud-based data services
