Architect the “brain” of an AI Retention Engine that moves beyond static reporting into production-grade models predicting player behavior (Churn, LTV) and automating content personalization. Your work will directly impact revenue and player engagement.

• Build and calibrate XGBoost / LightGBM models to predict churn days in advance
• Expand the stack toward LTV forecasting (regression) and game recommendations (collaborative filtering)
• Transform raw logs and transactions into meaningful behavioral signals
• Implement SHAP values to provide transparent, business-friendly insights
• Deliver “white-box” intelligence rather than black-box models
