Role Overview

As a Senior Data Scientist at Trulogik, you will design, build, and productionize AI and ML solutions that power real business workflows, from claims intelligence to automation, anomaly detection, NLP, and decision support.

You’ll partner closely with engineering and product teams, move from idea → experiment → model → production, and help shape our data science practices.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end ML solutions for real-world business use cases
• Analyze large, noisy text corpora to extract semantic signal, intent, sentiment, and actionable insights
• Enhance and maintain existing deep learning and NLP pipelines, including tokenization, embeddings, inference optimization, and model versioning
• Translate ambiguous business requirements into rigorous NLP problem formulations, model architectures, and evaluation strategies
• Work with engineers to productionize models (scalability, monitoring, retraining)
• Run experiments, evaluate models, perform fine-tuning and hyperparameter optimization , and track drift in model and data
• Communicate results clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Mentor junior team members and raise the bar on data science quality

What you bring

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related field
• 4–7 years in Data Science / Applied ML / Analytics
• Strong foundations in:

• machine learning and NLP concepts
• statistics, linear algebra, optimization
• experimentation, A/B testing, evaluation metrics

• Proficiency in Python (and/or Scala) for ML development
• Experience with fine-tuning models and experimenting with different approaches
• Nice to have

• NLP, text mining, or deep learning experience
• Model explainability & interpretability
• Experience deploying models to production environments
