We support the full lifecycle of AI initiatives across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Operations, while owning technical delivery, quality, and risk controls.

Role Summary

As a Senior Data Scientist & Machine Learning Engineer , you will design, build, and operationalize AI solutions across multiple domains, including data science initiatives , and projects requiring the development and training of custom Machine Learning and Deep Learning models . You will play a key role in ensuring solutions are accurate, explainable, and ready for production use.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate machine learning, and deep learning solutions
• Translate business problems into data science, data-driven, and AI solutions
• Move models from PoC to production in collaboration with engineering teams
• Ensure model performance, robustness, and explainability
• Analyze data, define features, and select appropriate evaluation metrics
• Support maintenance, monitoring, and continuous improvement of models

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in data science, machine learning, and deep learning, including exploratory analysis and statistical modeling
• Proficiency in Python and common Data Science and ML libraries
• Experience in at least one of the Computer Vision, NLP, Forecasting fields
• Experience with model evaluation and validation techniques
• Understanding of responsible and explainable AI concepts

Professional Experience

• Min 6 years of experience as a Data Scientist and/or ML Engineer
• Proven experience delivering production-grade AI solutions
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with engineers and business stakeholders
• Comfortable working across multiple projects and domains

Nice to Have

• Experience with Generative AI use cases
• Experience integrating AI solutions into applications
• Experience working with large or heterogeneous datasets
• Experience in enterprise environments
• Familiarity with cloud-based ML platforms

Academic Background and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, (BE / ME – Computer Science, Computer Science or IT , MCA).
