Responsibilities
Pinpointing and resolving business issues through data analysis and modeling Conducting effective data interpretations using Python and SQL Developing and validating analytical models for diverse applications including Deep Learning, AI, and Time Series Forecasting Presenting findings and insights in a clear and informative manner Collaborating with cross-functional teams to encourage data-driven decision-making Regularly updating knowledge base with the latest advancements in Data Science and ML modeling Assisting in the creation of Data Science solutions Utilizing data visualization techniques for effective communication of insights Implementing NLP and text mining techniques for insightful results Providing leadership and mentorship to junior data science professionals
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years experience in Python and SQL for data analysis and modeling A solid foundation in data-oriented applied mathematics, including statistical analysis and machine learning A robust approach to modeling and algorithms, such as Boosting Algorithms Proficiency in data analysis tools and libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn, pandas, and matplotlib Extensive experience in ML Modeling for Deep Learning, AI, and Time Series Forecasting Proficiency in at least one of the major Cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Familiarity with the production of Data Science solutions Strong data visualization skills Experience with NLP and text mining A problem-solving mindset Effective communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English
Nice to have
Experience with MLOps solutions such as SageMaker, Vertex, or Azure ML Familiarity with Big Data solutions, particularly Spark/PySpark
