A successful Senior Data Scientist/Data Scientist should have:
A strong academic background in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. Experience working with large datasets and data visualisation tools. Knowledge of machine learning techniques and their practical applications. An analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail. Familiarity with the Financial Services industry, particularly Retail Banking & Loans Providers, is preferred.
