N-iX is looking for a passionate, skilled and motivated Middle/Senior Data Support Engineer to join the team.

Our customer is the leading school transportation solutions provider in North America, completing 5 million student journeys daily and serving 1,100 school district contracts. N-iX collaborates on multiple projects, currently spanning around 10 projects at various stages.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in production environments across all data and analytics environments.
• Plan, test, and implement server upgrades, maintenance fixes, and vendor-supplied patches.
• Create, handle, and monitor all data and analytics pipelines; resolve pipeline failures.
• Build, update, and run scripts in all Data Transformation tooling; troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix errors related to data ingestion.
