We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced **Senior Database Administrator** to join our team.
**Responsibilities**
- Ensure acceptable database availability and response times by diagnosing and resolving issues in a high-availability multi-datacenter environment
- Monitor proactively database performance and identify potential issues to maintain smooth operations
- Provide effective and timely problem resolution during regular work hours
- Ensure compliance with audit, security, and regulatory requirements
- Provide DBA support for complex software installations and upgrades, including major updates
- Maintain strong commitment to the integrity, security, and privacy of critical business data
- Support data replication, backup, and availability solutions

- 3+ years of development and administrative experience with DB2 z/OS
