About the Role
We are seeking a Senior MongoDB DBA who goes beyond traditional database administration. This role is for someone who combines deep technical expertise with a strategic, automation-first mindset. You will be responsible for the MongoDB infrastructure that powers our RCX loyalty platform, serving enterprise clients where high performance and high availability are non-negotiable.
We need a professional who identifies operational patterns, builds automation to eliminate repetitive work, proactively monitors database health against business SLAs, and thinks ahead to ensure our platform can scale for future growth.
Responsibilities
- Database Architecture & Optimization
- Serve as the MongoDB subject matter expert, advising on architecture, schema design, and indexing strategies.
- Conduct advanced performance tuning including query optimization and configuration adjustments.
