Senior Datamart Developer

Project Description:

Leading client in Saudi is looking for a Murex Datamart developer will be responsible of the end-to-end delivery of Reports which includes Requirement gathering, Design, Build, Test, Deployment, Support.

Responsibilities:

• Independently Design, build and Test Datamart reports,

• Strong analytical and debugging ability, modifying and enhancing existing complex Datamart objects.

• Debug and navigate through existing code and understand dependencies independently.

• Gather requirements from stakeholders in a clear document

• Strong ability to implement complex solutions

• Excellent analytic and technical skills

• Ability to build a network with downstream teams

• Good communication skills.

• Worked on debugging an issue when a datamart batch fails.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• 7-9 years of experience on Mx DataMart.

• 7-9 years of Murex datamart development hands-on experience.

• Hands on experience in building datamart reports end to end from scratch independently.

• Basic shell scripting experience, and familiar with Control-M

• In-Depth knowledge of Murex Reporting architecture, Murex Data model and Murex Datamart

• Strong SQL programming skills

• Good knowledge of overall Murex system

• Excellent knowledge of the reporting suite

• Good knowledge of Linux and shell scripting

• Understanding of Control-M

• Good ability to suggest improvements in existing solutions

• Product knowledge - FX, IRD, FI, EQD, CRD, MM, COM
