Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure the successful delivery of Duck Creek solutions. This role requires a dynamic individual with deep expertise in P&C Insurance, strong client management skills, and the ability to align business objectives with technical capabilities.

Skill Set

  • 8–15 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in Duck Creek solution implementation or account management roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of Duck Creek Policy, Billing, and Claims modules.
  • Familiarity with Duck Creek architecture, integration, and configuration best practices.
  • Strong understanding of P&C insurance industry processes and workflows.
  • Proven experience in managing large, complex accounts and engagements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management :

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Understand client business needs and provide tailored solutions using Duck Creek technology.
  • Drive client satisfaction through regular interactions, feedback loops, and issue resolution.

Project Oversight and Delivery :

  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure high-quality and timely implementation of Duck Creek products.
  • Monitor project milestones, risks, and budgets to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Provide strategic oversight for Duck Creek solution customization, integration, and support.

Business Development :

  • Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross-selling Duck Creek services and solutions.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to prepare proposals and present solutions to clients.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to drive innovation for clients.

Team Collaboration and Leadership :

  • Work closely with technical teams, architects, and delivery managers to align on project objectives.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members to enhance delivery quality and account management skills.

Governance and Reporting :

  • Define and implement governance models to streamline communication and decision-making processes with clients.
  • Provide regular status updates, reports, and insights to both clients and internal leadership.
