Position Overview:

The Senior Delivery Manager contributes to the overall success of HR Path by providing leadership on client support activities and team member management. The Senior Delivery Manager includes delivery of functional and technical services for the SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, Workforce and UKG HRIS solutions.

Your responsibilities will involve:

  • Participate in the AMS Team Management and practice decisions.
  • Ensure effective AMS delivery and manage transitions to Application Maintenance services.
  • Streamline request and ticketing systems while monitoring bank of hours and support activities.
  • Oversee software release management and client reviews.
  • Handle project estimation, scheduling, budgeting, and invoicing.
  • Participate in Sales cycle by providing support to the sales team for AMS service proposals.
  • Maintain high-quality AMS documentation and provide billable functional or/and technical services.
  • Act as a senior resource to support team development.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in integration and technical software implementation services.
  • Ability to lead and influence.
  • Excellent diplomatic and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work on simultaneous assignments and prioritize.
  • University degree in Computer Science, Management or related field.
  • Our clients are located both in Quebec and outside Quebec, so you may be required to work in both French and English to meet their needs.
