We are seeking a Senior Delivery Manager - Java to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the preparation of customer proposals and statements of work, participating in new business development, and delivering customer projects successfully. You will be managing customer expectations and relationships, ensuring projects are delivered in line with EPAM's process and methodologies, and addressing customer issues during an engagement in cooperation with the Account Manager.

  • Coordinate the preparation of customer proposals and statements of work
  • Participate in new business development
  • Deliver customer projects successfully
  • Manage customer expectations and relationships
  • Ensure that projects are delivered in line with EPAM process and methodologies
  • Address customer issues during an engagement in cooperation with the Account Manager
  • Make sure that the customer executes their responsibilities on the engagements
  • Identify and manage engagement risks and flag major issues early
  • Participate in overall project management, time estimation, and resource scheduling
  • Prepare engagement revenue and resource forecasts

    • Requirements

  • 17-21 years of experience in the software industry
  • 8+ years of project management experience with end-to-end delivery
  • Hands-on experience in P&L, Gross Margins, Revenue Target (17-21 years)
  • Strong understanding of software development, with a Java background being a must
  • Deep experience of executing projects in Agile Methodology
  • Strong experience of HLD & LLD
  • Should have worked on T&M, Fixed Price, Managed Services projects
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • B2+ English level proficiency
