Senior Delivery Pipeline Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Driver Engagement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding and supporting delivery drivers across multiple U.S. markets.

This is a fully remote role working U.S. business hours, sitting at the intersection of recruitment, onboarding and operations. You'll own the driver pipeline end-to-end and work closely with Operations, City Ops and Dispatch teams to ensure reliable driver supply and performance.

• Recruit and onboard delivery drivers across multiple U.S. markets


• Manage screening and onboarding workflows


• Support driver engagement, performance and retention


• Partner with Operations & Dispatch to align supply with demand
