Senior Design Architect

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist Team Leader/Design Manager to ensure architectural deliverables are of high quality, coordinated and on time for all deliverables.
• Work with internal and external team members in the coordination and preparation of design tender and other project documents and drawings/deliverables.
• Ensure the coordinated design meets design expectations, performance and specifications of the design objective and client’s design brief, and satisfies technical and code compliance matters.
• Maintain regular interfacing with external and internal members of the Project Team.
• Lead the preparation of architectural reports and presentations.
• Assist the Team Leader/Design Manager to ensure that the overall project timeline is closely monitored and to ensure timely outputs from the team.
