Position Title: Senior Design Draftsperson
Work Set-up: Work from Home/Work from Office
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm PH Time
Salary: Php 60,000 – Php 90,000
We are seeking an experienced Pre Sales Design Draftsperson who will convert client requirements into clear, accurate and buildable concept designs.
This role supports company’s early design and estimating functions by producing sketch layouts and developing those layouts into preliminary drawing sets that form the basis of budgeting estimates and firm quotations.
The role involves early design development, research into site conditions and planning provisions, coordination of early consultants and preparation of supporting material required for planning approvals.
