Senior Design Electrical Engineer

Is proactive in identifying a decrease in workload within own team and informs Supervisor when additional projects are needed to maintain utilization.
Execution:

Ensures junior team members are adhering to delivery standards and ensures essential procedures are followed based on knowledge of own industry. Uses discretion within set boundaries (operating procedures, processes, standards) to execute own tasks within a narrower job area to achieve defined deadlines / targets in the most effective and efficient way. Is required to coordinate activities with peers in the same discipline to meet deadlines and achieve set targets in the most effective and efficient way.
