Senior Design Engineer - CIPET

Job Description:-

We are looking for a Senior Design Engineer - CIPET for client place based at Gurgaon, Haryana for a Mould manufacturing industry. Design Heads oversee and direct the creative team to develop unique and innovative designs for a company's products or services.

The ideal will manage the production of technical drawings and plans used to build a Mould & Product for the organization. The candidate should have a passion for innovation, and helping the organization upholding the responsibility of guiding the team in designing compelling visual experiences that seem to be captivating the customer needs.

Roles & Responsibilities :-

• Design, Development, Manufacturing & Follow up of Plastics Injection Molds.
• Solid modeling, Surface Modeling, Parting line Decide & Concept Finalized.
• Electrode Design & Process Design.
• Checking & Creating Detail Drawing For Manufacturing Of Mold /Die Element
• Follow-Up and Tracking the Status of Jobs in Tool Room Design.
• Co-Ordinate with Std. Room for Preparation of Report of Samples of Trails.
• Incoming & in process Inspection of Mold Parts As per Design.
• Analyzing the feasibility of the product before development.
• Product design & drawing creation
• Preparation of product planning and micro-activities schedules for the new product development team to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Coordinate internal reviews with the manufacturing and assembly departments to ensure design is optimal for manufacturability and future maintenance.
• Develop all child components for Assy. Part through Quality Assurance.
• Tool development related to New Product.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

• Should be good hand on designing tools i.e Autocad, CREO etc.
• Having 7-10 Years of experience in Design & Development area.
• Ideal candidate should be able to handle the team of 2-4 employees
• Should be graduate/Diploma in Plastic Technology / CIPET etc.
