Senior Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

This Design Engineering position is integral to the success of Regal Rexnord's new product vitality and cost saving initiatives. Support of Gear Division Operations and existing products of industrial gear drives may also be required. The successful candidate will be required to work both independently on specific tasks and within a multi-functional will team to accomplish project goals. Flexibility between projects priorities and timelines be required depending on daily business needs. The engineer will provide technical guidance regarding assigned engineering projects and project management support for project schedules and coordination driven by the overall business Strategy and Operating Plan.
