Senior Design Manager

Job Purpose:

Drive to Design and Develop new products and to lead engineers to achieve Design & Development goals with high quality products.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Project Management & On Time Delivery:
• Approve vehicle architecture sheet after studying application & customer details.
• Prepare project schedules, bids, or proposals.
• Coordinating, streamlining and guiding design team to complete all design related projects in a timely manner.
• Check all 3D Models, drawings, BOM, for accuracy.
• Responsible for approving inspection plan & critical dimensions adherence plan.
• Customer Focus:
• Monitor the performance of the products and achieve minimum field failures due to design defects and work towards better performing products.
