Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager capable of independently managing 2–3 projects simultaneously , leading concept development, and ensuring design intent is maintained across all project stages. The role requires strong collaboration with production and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead concept development and provide design feasibility support
• Translate design concepts into detailed drawings and specifications
• Maintain and control design intent across all stages
• Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Collaborate with production, execution, and cross-functional teams
• Ensure design quality, accuracy, and timely delivery

Required Skills & Software Proficiency

Design & Drafting Tools:

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp

Visualization & Graphics:

• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Office Tools:

• MS Office Suite

Rendering Software:

• D5 Render
• Lumion
• Enscape

AI Rendering Tools (Preferred):

• Familiarity with AI-based rendering tools such as Gemini, Nano Banana, Magnific , or similar

Additional Advantage:

• Rhino / Grasshopper
