SENIOR DESIGN MANAGER REQUIRED ON PERMANENT BASIS IN BIRMINGHAM FOR A MAIN CONTRACTOR

I am assisting my client with an exciting opportunity for a Design Manager to join a leading main contractor. The business undertakes projects in various sectors including Commercial, Refurbs, Cut and Carves with values ranging between £10m and £30m

As Design Manager you will be responsible for managing projects to ensure their safe completion, in accordance with programme, specification, and budget.

Salary: £70,000 + Package

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee design processes during pre-construction and, when necessary, construction phases.
• Analyse and interpret Employer's Requirements documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive Contractor's Proposals.
