This role would suit an experienced Designer, who is confident in their design abilities and willing to mentor the small group of Designers.

Someone who is able to infuse both flare into an elevation and design but also be mindful of budget and construction constraints. Has strong communication skills and takes pride in their work and the achievements of the group.
