Senior Designer (curtain wall)

Position Summary

The primary responsibility of the Senior Designer will be: Contribute as a single point of contact for the leadership of the base development and design of major contract façade systems.

This Is Achieved By

• Organic design establishment
• Creations of base systems schematics
• Establishing system chassis
• Coordinates with structural and thermal developments to continuously evolve performance
• Provides leadership and commentary for alternative solutions to project management department
• Leads prototype testing to system approval
• Liaisons with entire engineering department for the fulfillment of development, shop drawings and fabrication drawings until full completion of the project
• Develop and implement a plan to validate that product design meets or exceeds contract performance requirements
