We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Designer – Presentation Design to transform complex ideas into compelling, visually impactful presentations. This role is ideal for a design professional who excels at storytelling, visual clarity, and high-stakes pitch presentations for global, enterprise-level clients.

You will play a key role in shaping creative concepts, building persuasive narratives, and delivering high-quality presentation assets while collaborating closely with cross-functional and global creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

Presentation Design & Storytelling

• Design and deliver high-end PowerPoint presentations with a strong emphasis on pitches, storytelling, and visual precision.
• Translate complex content, data, and strategic ideas into clear, engaging, and persuasive visual narratives.
• Own the end-to-end presentation design process—from concept development and narrative structure to final delivery, feedback incorporation, and deadline management.

Creative Development & Visual Excellence

• Create and maintain presentation templates, slide masters, and layout systems aligned with brand and client guidelines.
• Design custom visual elements including icons, infographics, charts, image compositions, and photo retouching to support storytelling.
• Enhance presentations using thoughtful animations, transitions, and motion elements; motion design skills are a strong advantage.
• Contribute to pitch branding and supporting visual assets across digital and physical touchpoints when required.

Collaboration & Client Engagement

• Partner closely with pitch leads, strategists, and cross-functional teams as a trusted design collaborator.
• Work with global creative and design teams to deliver consistent, high-quality outputs.
• Influence stakeholders and clients through strong visual thinking, responsiveness, and a customer-centric mindset.

Team Contribution & Leadership

• Support and inspire team members through design expertise, structured workflows, and a strong quality-first approach.
• Participate actively in team meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and team-wide initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in presentation design, graphic design, or branding, preferably within an agency or pitch-driven environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including slide masters, complex layouts, animations, and presentation logic.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a strong plus).
• Excellent visual design skills with a refined sense of composition, typography, color, and imagery.
• Solid understanding of storytelling principles and visual narrative flow.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with very good to fluent English.

Preferred / Added Value

• Experience or strong interest in motion design, animation, or video.
• Curiosity or hands-on exposure to AI-driven creative tools (e.g., text-to-image, motion, or voice tools) within presentation or video workflows.
