Senior Designer

What we're looking for

As a Sr. Growth Product Designer, you will be a key strategic leader within the Research and Design organization, specifically embedded within our Growth team. You will own the end-to-end design and optimization of critical parts of the SurveyMonkey user journey, focused on driving key business metrics like activation, conversion, retention, and referrals.You will translate complex user behaviors and business goals into high-velocity, data-informed experiments and intuitive experiences. Partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Analytics, you will define, deliver, and rapidly iterate on solutions that directly impact our growth funnel.We are looking for a hands-on, experienced contributor who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
