Senior Desktop Support Engineer (Based in Singapore)

As a Senior Desktop Support Engineer, you'll be the front-line technical expert managing end-user support and client relationships for enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

  • End-User Support & Client Management: Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned clients, performing troubleshooting for platform-related problems, and maintaining strong service relationships.
