Job Description

As our highly valued Senior Desktop Support Officer based in Brisbane you will lead the technical capability within the Desktop Support Team and play a key role in ensuring Great Southern Bank staff have reliable access to the tools and technologies they need to perform their roles effectively. You will be responsible for the support, maintenance, and asset lifecycle management of end-user computing technologies across the bank, including laptops, desktop computers, virtual desktops, printers, meeting room
technologies, and other end-user devices.

You’ll also champion modern workplace best practices and help drive better adoption of our Microsoft 365 and end-user compute technologies, ensuring our people get the most value from the tools we invest in.
