Job Description

The Senior Desktop Support Officer - FIFO is responsible for delivering comprehensive on-site IT support services to customers at specified FIFO locations. This role ensures all incidents and requests are resolved in a safe, timely, and efficient manner in accordance with predefined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for end-user devices, including laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile phones, both on-site and remotely.
  • Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of computer devices and related hardware/software components.
  • Resolve incidents and requests promptly, minimizing user impact and ensuring compliance with predefined SLAs.
  • Collaborate with the Service Desk, infrastructure teams, and application teams to deliver seamless customer support and maintain service continuity.
